In the Band:

Chris Tofield – Guitar & Vocals Widely regarded as one of the most formidable guitarists on the scene today. Known for his blistering speed, soulful phrasing, and a vocal growl that commands attention, Chris doesn't just play the blues—he inhabits them. With a career spanning decades and a reputation for high-octane performances that leave audiences breathless, he is the spark that ignites every stage he steps on.

David Kida – Drums If the band is a high-performance engine, David Kida is the heavy-duty piston keeping it all in time. A world-renowned percussionist, Kida has backed some of the biggest names in the industry, including the legendary Rod Piazza & The Mighty Flyers. His drumming is a perfect blend of vintage swing and modern power, delivering a "big beat" that is as sophisticated as it is driving. When Kida is behind the kit, the pocket is unbreakable.

PJ LaMariana – Bass Completing this elite rhythm section is the versatile and rock-solid PJ LaMariana. A veteran of the stage and studio, PJ provides the deep, melodic foundation that allows the band to soar. His ability to lock in with the drums while adding his own tasteful, pocket-driven flair has made him a first-call bassist for top-tier blues and roots acts. He is the glue that holds the groove together with effortless style.

Cadillac Assembly Line Band to the stage! If you’re looking for authentic, floor-shaking blues that hits like a classic engine, this is the night you’ve been waiting for. These seasoned musicians deliver a tight, soulful sound that honor the greats while bringing a fire all their own.

Recognized as one of the premier blues bands in Arizona. A finalist in the 2025 Arizona Blues Showdown Cadillac Assembly Line has performed in 25+ venues in the Phoenix area and multiple blues festivals including Phoenix Desert Botanical Garden Concert Series, Phoenix Blues Society Blues Blast Festival, Mesa Arts Center, Flagstaff Blues & Brews Festival, Superstition Blues & Brews Festival and North Mountain Blues and Blues Festival.

Members of Cadillac Assembly Line are regarded by their peers as some of finest musicians in the Phoenix area with not withstanding 2022 Arizona Blues Hall of Fame guitarist James “ Sweetfinger” Robertson. The current band line-up includes the following master musicians:

Sebastian Brugliera – Lead Vocals and Guitar The frontman of the Cadillac Assembly Line Band is a true veteran of the scene and a master of the stage: Sebastian Brugliera. A powerhouse on both lead vocals and guitar, Sebastian’s musical pedigree runs deep. Having formed The Rhythm Cats—one of the standout acts during the iconic 90s swing dance revival—he knows exactly how to command a room. Known for his classy stage persona and incredible vocal range, Sebastian effortlessly shifts gears from gritty, "back-in-the-alley" Chicago Blues to the high-octane energy of Texas and West Coast Swing.

Whether he’s delivering a soulful, smooth ballad or a blistering guitar solo, Sebastian brings a level of charisma and talent that makes every performance unforgettable.

Vince Curtis – Drums Rounding out that powerhouse rhythm section is a man who truly lives and breathes the roots of the blues. Steeped in the traditions of the genre, Vince’s drumming is more than just a beat—it’s a masterclass in feel and precision. Played with The Rhythm Cats (alongside Sebastian), bringing the heat to True Flavor Blues, or driving the engine for Cadillac Assembly Line, his playing is defined by a deep, lifelong passion for the music. When Vince is behind the kit, you’re guaranteed a solid, soulful foundation and high energy.

Dennis Drewry – Bass
Every great blues band needs a rock-solid anchor, and for the Cadillac Assembly Line Band, that’s Dennis Drewry. With a musical journey that spans from the Colorado circuit—where he played with the renowned band Zephyr—to the heart of the Southwest, Dennis brings decades of experience to the stage. Dennis is fully embracing his role with Cadillac Assembly Line, providing the steady, driving pulse that defines the band’s tight rhythm section. His pocket is deep, his timing is impeccable, and he’s the reason the band’s swing blues repertoire is so undeniably danceable.

James Robertson - Lead guitar Atrue master of the strings joining the Cadillac Assembly Line Band lineup. Meet James Robertson, a 2022 Arizona Blues Hall of Fame inductee with a style that is as unique as it is powerful. Though he hails from southern Idaho, James found his true calling in the blues, moving to Phoenix in the early 90s and quickly making a name for himself. His "over the top" bottleneck slide technique earned him the legendary nickname "Sweetfinger"—a title he’s lived up to across decades of incredible performances.

James has shared the stage with greats like Big Doyle Bramhall and the North Mississippi Allstars, and he’s even represented Arizona twice at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis. His playing is a beautiful echo of his influences, blending the raw slide power of Elmore James with the sophisticated phrasing of B.B. King and Jimmie Vaughan. When he isn’t driving the sound for Cadillac Assembly Line, you can find him backing up the legendary Big Pete Pearson or performing with the Jamie Waldron Trio and True Flavor Blues.
